Medico-legal Fees

Clinical face to face interviewing, assessment and treatment - $260 per hour

Scoring tests, reading official papers (eg court reports, medical records) - $260 per hour

Report writing - $260 per hour

Travel (eg to Court) - $130 per hour

Attendance to Court - $780 per half day, $1,560 per full day

Telephone calls and brief emails related to a case in which there is an agreed fee for service are not charged for.

Additional letters and supplementary reports requested are charged out at the above rates
